A fantastic Acro workshop where students can learn new skills or perfect current ones! Learn in a safe environment with fully qualified teachers.
Students will be helped individually as always at slightly different levels and skills, we can cater to all. want to finally master that trick now's your chance!
12.00 - 13.00: Age 4-6 - Cartwheels, Handstand, Bridges. Foundation skills and strengthening.
13.00 - 14.30: Age 7-10 - The above plus, Walkovers, back flexibility and strength work
14.30 - 16.30: Age 11+- The above plus taking fight, preparation (or more) for aerials, handsprings and walkover variations.
